Hi Mamas!

I'm Shannen Ryla (Kennelly)! I have an awesome hubby Lawrence, I'm a mama to Dominick (4) AND Leo (1 1/2)! Yes... I'm totally outnumbered by the boys. I grew up on the Southside of Chicago and but now live in Lemont (and love it)!

I joined FIT4MOM as a client and instantly fell in love! I've been an athlete my whole life and always loved working out - but the support and Mama family you gain can't be beat! It's so nice to get a great workout in and have the option to bring the babes to class! FIT4MOM has sooo many classes there's something for everyone at every level!
