When can I place my membership on hold or cancel it?
We have a three-month hold policy. All hold requests should be submitted at least two weeks before your next bill date. There is a $20 fee associated with the hold placed. Once submitted, a confirmation will be sent to you via email. A hold does not subject you to deferral of commitment upon returning. If you wish to cancel before the hold ends, you may do so with no cancellation fee.
