How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?
Please email Meghan at meghanstone@fi4mom.com to place your membership on hold. There is a $20 hold fee for all holds. All requests need to be received in writing 2 weeks before the next payment is due. Once payment processes there are no refunds.
Memberships will be placed on hold for the maximum of 3 months. Our system auto prorates payments so no paid membership is lost.
Please email Meghan at meghanstone@fi4mom.com to cancel your membership. All membership cancellations must be received in writing at least 30 days prior to the next billing date. You will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation. Dues paid will not be credited or refunded. All requests are for future months only. Should you decide to rejoin after your membership cancellation, a discounted signup fee will need to be re-paid.
